  • Return shipping or shipping labels will not be provided by Skyjacker®,
    unless it is due to an error on our part.

All Skyjacker® products must be returned within 60 days of invoice date for this policy to apply.

Return Process (if applicable):

    • After completing the online return form, you will receive an on-screen confirmation and an email confirmation from webreturns@skyjacker.com including your RGA number and a recap of your submitted information.
    • With your return, please include a copy of:
      • Your emailed return confirmation
      • Your original purchase receipt
    • You should have received both your return confirmation and your original purchase receipt via email from a skyjacker.com email address. If you do not see them in your email inbox please check your junk folder. If you still cannot find them send an email to webreturns@skyjacker.com stating your issue.

Refunds (if applicable):

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirmation to notify you that we have received your returned item.
    • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable):

    • If you have not received your refund within 5 days of the received and inspected confirmation, then contact you credit card company or bank. It may take a few days before the refund is officially posted.
    • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at webreturns@skyjacker.com.
