Skyjacker lift kit increases the ride height by raising the suspension clearance of your Outback (2 in. Front & 1.5 in. Rear). Raising the suspension clearance of your Outback gives you the freedom to add larger, more aggressive tire/wheel combinations. Larger, taller tires elevates your overall stance, ability to conquer more terrain and boost your off-road confidence as well. Achieves ample room to put 255/55R18 into action.
Retain your Subaru factory tuned performance struts and utilize top mounted strut spacers to elevate the stance. The OEM strut stays assembled, so there is no need for a coil spring compressor. These 1-piece top mount strut spacers integrate smoothly with the factory suspension geometry and function perfectly allowing the CV axles to operate within limits of OEM upper and lower control arms.
Each upper strut mount is specifically engineered with offsets for both camber and caster adjustment. To correct the steering axis and maintain a full range of travel, driver and passenger front spacers have engineered offsets in opposite directions. No need for extra multi-link arms or any additional spacers are required.
Front anti-sway bar link brackets relocate the front anti-sway bar end links back to the factory angles on the strut. OEM alignment adjustment range maintained.
An adaptive headlight relocation bracket is included for those equipped with this option. Preserves the functional integrity of Subaru Eyesight Monitors. Retains your Subaru Vehicle Dynamics Control (VDC) and other safety features.
Every metal fabricated bracket is precise CNC laser cut and precision formed in CNC press break, there is expert workmanship in every component of the kit. They are powder coated to provide an extremely durable protective barrier to prevent corrosion.
