With Skyjacker's Rock Ready 4-inch Lift System, you achieve more of what you are looking for in a performance suspension: more articulation, more flex, more travel, and more affordable fun. Our long arm system rides and handles much better on the highway and is untouchable on the trails.
Skyjacker re-engineered the TJ's suspension geometry via an integrated bolt-on sub-frame assembly. The sub-frame corrects proper driveline angle while retaining as much ground clearance as possible. It really allows our Bent High-Clearance Lower Adjustable Links to flex their strength.
The upper frame mount has pressed-in HD OEM style vulcanized rubber bushings and the axle mount has Rock Jock's 2-1/2 in. forged Johnny Joints. These Johnny Joints provide over 30 degrees of unrestricted Flex movement in any direction. These links give you the extra flexibility and performance you desire to go to more extreme places.
Skyjacker specifically engineered a 2-stage dual rate long travel coil. Spring rate progression is from a first Flex Rate to a second Ride Rate.
First Flex Rate stage delivers a comfortable ride with the ability to flex/expand during full articulation as the suspension drops (full droop). This keeps the coil springs seated in the upper coil mount/bucket and the tires in contact with the terrain.
Second Ride Rate stage only engages after compression past Flex Rate: resulting in a smoother ride.
Skyjacker's ADX 2.0 Adventure Series Remote Reservoir Aluminum Monotube Shocks deliver modern technology in the design with an innovative off-road race-inspired full-displaced valving system.
From Higher Speeds to a Crawl, Skyjacker's ADX 2.0 Works. The external remote reservoir separates the nitrogen gas from the oil with an Internal Floating Piston (IFP). The majority of the reservoir contains pressurized nitrogen gas. The IFP prevents the gas and oil from mixing or foaming (cavitation).
Lift system works with OEM Electronic Stability Control (ESC) System.
